坐擁開揚景觀的Kyoto Joe，除了可飽覽中環核心商業區的景致，亦可遠眺維多利亞海的壯麗海景。餐廳以奪目的紅色為主調，靈感源自京都伏見區 (Fushimi-ku) 稻荷大社的千本鳥居。餐廳提供各地空運到港的新鮮上乘的刺身及新鮮蔬果，還提供多款大吟釀、米酒、氣泡酒、紅白餐酒、威士忌、Highball等。
